RETURN POLICY AND CANCELLATIONS
Requirements for Exchanges or Returns
All hair items are non-returnable unless damaged upon receipt.
Items must be in original condition, unworn and undamaged in the original packaging with all tags attached and odor-free.
If item is damaged upon receipt, we offer store credit for the full amount. You may use the store credit for any purchase.
(* If free shipping was offered on your original order, the original shipping fee will be subtracted from your return credit.
We are not responsible for the return shipping fee of the merchandise and the shipping fee of the exchange order.
Returning Your Purchase for Exchange
You must request an Return Authorization within 3 days of receipt.

You will receive an Return Authorization Number along with the address to ship to.
Please send the return items in a box, not in an envelope.
Do not write anything or apply any tape on the box or package.
When returning your return item, we do recommend saving your tracking number as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
If you need to cancel an order or make a change for any reason, it must be done before 10 am EST of the following day or you will be charged 15% cancellation fee.
Since we have to order some items from manufacturers and have to absorb the full cost of the items, we charge 15% cancellation fee to cover some of the cost.
Refused packages will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges. Packages deemed undelivered will be subject to a reshipping charge.
