Requirements for Exchanges or Returns

 

All hair product items, including shampoos, conditioners, are non-returnable unless they are damaged upon receipt.

Wigs, toppers and hair pieces, may be returned for exchange only, within 3 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, items must remain in their original condition—unworn, undamaged, in the original packaging, with all tags attached, and free of any odors. In the event of damage upon receipt, we will issue store credit for the full amount, which can be applied to any future purchase.

Please be advised that if free shipping was initially provided on your order, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your return credit. Furthermore, we do not cover the return shipping costs for the merchandise or the shipping costs for any exchange orders.

Returning Your Purchase for Exchange 

 

To initiate a return, please request a Return Authorization within 3 days of receiving your item.

Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number along with the designated shipping address.

Please ensure that items are returned in a box (not an envelope) and refrain from writing or applying tape on the package.

 

We recommend retaining your tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

Cancellation Policy

​

If you need to cancel or change your stock order for any reason, please do so within 2 hours of placing your order to avoid a 15% cancellation fee.

This fee helps us cover costs associated with items from manufacturers/vendors.

Additionally, refused packages will incur a 15% restocking fee with any applicable shipping charges, and packages that are deemed undelivered will be subject to a reshipping fee.

Custom units are considered final and cannot be canceled once submitted, and there is no applicable refund policy for these items. Modifications may be made at no extra charge, provided they do not substantially deviate from the original request.
