COVID-19 is impacting us as individuals, businesses, and communities around the globe. While health and safety concerns surrounding the COVID-19 situation are rapidly changing, we have taken the following steps to keep our consultants and clients safe.
For this reason we have stepped-up our usual strict hygiene procedures with increased cleaning and sanitizing schedules of our studio spaces and equipment. We would like to assure you, our clients, of our commitment to providing you a safe and healthy environment when you visit us.
At this stage, there is no impact or delay to wig orders. We have been working hard with our suppliers and partners to ensure we have little to no delay over this period.
We have also began new service operations during this time until further notice. What that means for our valued clients is that we will only allow one client per appointment to be serviced during a wig fitting and consultation. If you have brought along a companion or friend, they must wait in our lobby area until the completion of your scheduled appointment.
We have also ceased all walk-in appointments. You must schedule an appointment at least 24hrs in advance by phone or through our online Booking system to be seen by any of our consultants.
For the safety of both our clients and consultants, you will be required to wear a mask during your visit.
Our talented staff will also be wearing a mask during the duration of your visit.
