Cyberhair is an ultra-lightweight created hair fiber that looks and feels like human hair, but is more durable, holds color, tolerates heat, and loves water. Like human hair and other synthetic fibers, it requires regular maintenance.
Most synthetic fibers and all Cyberhair products will have to be cleansed and re-moisturized every three to four days (add - if worn daily). Cyberhair has 10 times more moisture content than any other synthetic fiber on the market, and needs to be cared for with that in mind.
C-Formula
C-Formula is the recommended care product for all synthetic fibers, and the entire product line will help you achieve the best care possible in between appointments.
We’ll take you through each product and talk a little bit about its use and the directions for it step-by-step!
Step 1: Cleansing (144 Cleanse Concentrate)
Cleaning your Cyberhair® system off the head: Pour a small amount of 144 Cleanse Concentrate into a basin of warm water (at 104˚ F). Stir the water and submerge the system. Let soak 3 to 5 minutes for the cleansing treatment to clean the hair. Gently swish your Cyberhair® system in the cleaning solution. Gently rinse. Follow with 244 Condition or 274 Deep Conditioning Treatment.
Cleaning your natural growing hair and Cyberhair® on the head: For everyday showering, wet your hair thoroughly then gently lift the front of your system and apply the 144 Cleanse Concentrate to the underside, top of hair and to the sides of your natural growing hair. Gently massage shampoo into hair and scalp. Allow to cleanse 1 to 3 minutes. Rinse the hair system and your natural growing hair. For thorough rinsing, gently lift the front of your system and let the water flush out the remaining shampoo. Follow with 244 Condition Concentrate, or 274 Deep Conditioning Treatment.
Step 2: Conditioning (244 Condition Concentrate OR 274 Deep Conditioning Treatment)
Conditioning your Cyberhair® system off the head: Dilute a small amount of 244 Condition Concentrate or 274 Deep Conditioning Treatment in a basin of warm water (at 104˚ F). Submerge the system and let soak 3 to 5 minutes in treatment to condition the hair. Gently swish Cyberhair® system in conditioning solution. Rinse out.
Conditioning your natural growing hair and Cyberhair® on the head: For everyday conditioning, use 244 Condition Concentrate or 274 Deep Conditioning Treatment. After shampooing and rinsing, apply 244 Condition Concentrate or 274 Deep Conditioning Treatment to both Cyberhair® and your own growing hair. Allow to condition hair for 3 minutes. Rinse the hair system and your natural growing hair. For thorough rinsing, gently lift the front of your system and let the warm water flush out the remaining conditioner.
Step Three: Drying (Friction-Free Absorbent Towel)
For all types of attachment methods and growing hair: Pat hair with Friction-Free Absorbent Towel – DO NOT MASSAGE OR RUB.
Step Four: First Protection (444 Final Protection)
Before brushing, apply 444 Final Protection on damp Cyberhair®. Hold the bottle 8 inches from your hair and apply with fine mist.
Step Five: Brushing (Wet Brush)
When styling your Cyberhair®, use the Wet Brush to eliminate static and friction. Always give your Cyberhair® system a spray of 444 Final Protection before AND after brushing.
Step Six: Styling
For all types of attachment methods and growing hair:
333 Volume Boost
For maximum lift, apply 333 Volume Boost to the root area of dry hair. Allow to dry. After styling spray lightly 12” away for a firm hold and control. CAUTION: Contents are flammable. Do not use near flame or while smoking.
345 Control Spray
Hold spray head 8 to 12 inches from hair to use as a styling product or, 15 to 20 inches from hair for a holding spray. Spray with short quick pumps. CAUTION: Contents are flammable. Do not use near flame or while smoking.
355 Special Effects Creme
Apply to towel dried hair, distribute with finger tips. Can also be used on dry hair for styling and molding.
365 Styling Gel
Apply to wet or dry hair. Gently massage a small amount of 365 Styling Gel into hair. Style as desired.
Step Seven: Final Protection
For all Types of attachment methods:
444 Final Protection (daily application)
Apply 444 Final Protection after styling Cyberhair®. Hold bottle 8 inches from hair and apply with fine mist for added safeguard.
Monthly Rejuvenation Protection (Professional Treatment)
Your Cyberhair® system needs to have a professional rejuvenation service by a Certified Cyberhair® Technician every four weeks to aid in the replenishment of moisture. This service will enhance the appearance and performance of your Cyberhair®.
Important Reminders
Always have only a Certified Cyberhair® Technician cut your Cyberhair® System and your growing hair to complement your Cyberhair® system. (Note: If Cyberhair® is not cut per Cyberhair® procedures, Cyberhair® will not perform as promised, and all warranties are void)
Always replenish Cyberhair®’s moisture
Always spray Cyberhair® with 444 FINAL PROTECTION before brushing and as a final protection after styling
The Wet Brush is recommended for friction-free results
Never rub your hair dry. PAT hair dry with Friction-Free Absorbent Towel
Saturate hair system with 444 Final Protection before entering a chlorinated swimming pool. Cleanse and condition your hair system immediately after swimming in chlorinated water
Use a Satin or Silk pillowcase to protect Cyberhair®.
Avoid exposure to excessively high temperatures, such as the out rush of heat from ovens, and flames from barbecue grills and fireplaces.
