How to Refer a Patient
Step 1: Provide the Prescription
To assist with insurance reimbursement, please provide the patient with a prescription for a "Cranial Prosthesis" (Diagnosis code included).
Step 2: Submit Referral
Or, simply ask the patient to book their consultation directly at the link below.
Step 3: Patient Onboarding
Once the referral is received or the patient books, our team handles the intake, education, and fitting process, keeping your office informed if necessary.
