Here at RBS Wig Studio (www.rbswigstudio.com), we are committed to ensuring that your cranial prosthesis, medical wig, or accessory meets your exact specifications and our high standards of quality. Please review our detailed shipping policy below for information on processing times, delivery options, and order handling.

1. Order Processing & Timeline

​

We handle every unit with care to ensure high quality and personalized fit. Orders are reviewed and processed in the order they are received.

​

  • Standard Processing: Most orders are prepared for shipment within 3 to 5 business days of receipt.

  • Customization & Salon Services: An additional 5 to 10 business days may be required for orders that include custom salon cut, color, or cap enhancement services. We will contact you to confirm your preferences prior to completing these services.

  • Peak Processing: During promotional events and holiday seasons, processing times may be extended.

  • Expedited Processing: Expedited order processing may be available for an additional, non-refundable fee. Please contact your RBS Consultant for availability and details.

2. Backorder & In-Stock Policy

​

If an item in your order is not currently in stock:

​

  1. You will be notified promptly by email or phone.

  2. You will have the option to:

    • Select an alternative in-stock piece.

    • Wait for your item to be replenished (an estimated delivery timeline will be provided).

  3. Payment is processed at the time of reservation. Once your item is prepared and ready, it will ship via the shipping method selected at checkout.

3. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (United States)

​

All orders shipping within the domestic United States are processed via flat-rate options. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or official US holidays.

4. International Shipping Rates & Delivery (Canada & Worldwide)

We ship to virtually any address in the USA and Canada, as well as selected international locations.

International Destinations

  • International Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5–14 business days from shipping date.

  • International Express Shipping: Delivered within 2–5 business days from shipping date.

Shipping charges for international shipments are calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Customs, Duties, & Import Fees

International Customers Please Note:

  • The customer is solely responsible for all additional delivery costs, including local duties, import taxes, tariffs, or clearance fees charged by destination customs authorities.

  • International delivery timelines do not include unexpected delays caused by customs processing or regulatory clearance procedures.

6. Package Tracking & Weight-Based Calculations

​

  • Weight Calculations: Shipping rates for certain items may be weight-based. Item weights are listed on their respective product detail pages. Per shipping carrier standards, all final weights are rounded up to the next full pound.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your carrier tracking information.
