  • How long will it take to receive my wig/cranial prosthesis after I qualify?
    You will be contacted within 24 business hours of placing your order via email or phone. If all the information we received is correct and you are eligible, your order will be shipped out with priority mail. If more information is required, then a customer care specialist at RBS Wig Studio will work with you to make sure your order is processed as quickly as possible.

  • What is the process to obtain a wig/cranial prosthesis?
    You can get your medical wig in just three easy steps: 1) Complete our Qualify Through Insurance Form. We will verify your coverage with TRICARE within 24 business hours. 2) Select your wig/cranial prosthesis from our collection. 3) Attach your prescription. We will contact your physician, if necessary, and obtain a prescription if you do not have one. Once your eligibility has been verified, we will ship out your order, and file a claim with your insurance!
  • Do I need a prescription?
    Yes! RBS requires a prescription by an authorized physician. If you do not have one, then we will work with you and your doctor to obtain a valid prescription for your Wig/Cranial Prosthesis. If you already have a prescription, please send it to us via email at info@rbswigstudio.com Once we receive your prescription, we will review it to verify if it meets the requirements outlined by your insurance.
