A specialized, 60-minute clinical intake for children navigating medical hair loss (Alopecia, Oncology, or Trichotillomania). This session includes our proprietary SecureSilk™ 6-Point Anatomical Measurement to ensure a 100% Glue-Free, suction-based fit. What to Expect: Scalp Assessment: Evaluation of sensitivity and skin integrity. Custom Mapping: Precision measurements for a medical-grade silicone/PU base. Insurance Advocacy: We provide the necessary documentation and HCPCS Code A9282 for insurance reimbursement. Child-Centered Environment: A gentle, private consultation tailored to your child’s comfort. Consultation fee may be applied toward the purchase of a medical unit.

Please cancel appointment within 24 hours in advance should your need changes prior to your appointment. If appointment is not canceled in this time frame, deposit cannot be refunded.
