This virtual consultation is ideal for clients who are unable to attend an in-person appointment. During this video consultation, a certified consultant will: Review your hair loss concerns and medical history Provide education on medical wigs and cranial prosthesis options Determine whether Classic Medical Wigs, Satin Beauty™, or a full cranial prosthesis may be appropriate Discuss next steps, timelines, and pricing Provide insurance documentation guidance when applicable Some services may require a follow-up in-person visit.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel appointment within 24 hours in advance should your need changes prior to your appointment. If appointment is not canceled in this time frame, deposit cannot be refunded.
